Cash is King?

All I can say is, "Yes it is!"
As we are now in this full blown buyers market or foreclosure and short sale market or what ever you want to call it. Cash buyers with no extras in their offers are picking up deals below market value. It really makes it tough for finance buyers, more so the FHA buyer to get their offer accepted. All I can say to the buyers out there is to make offers as strong as you can and close as quickly as you can!
